The Role

As a Lead Test Consultant, you'll bring your hands-on expertise to define and manage test strategies throughout the delivery lifecycle. You'll lead functional, performance, and automation teams while working closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Test Management:Plan, manage, and execute all test activities, includingsystem, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Risk-Based Planning:Develop test strategies with a focus on risk prioritization and mitigation.
• Process Improvement:Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Work confidently within amatrix organization, managing vendor and third-party relationships.
• Team Leadership:Mentor and guide test teams, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Non-Functional Testing:Oversee performance and other non-functional test activities, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Automation Awareness:Bring knowledge of test automation methodologies and best practices.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Manage and engage stakeholders effectively during UAT cycles.

• Experience inrisk-based test planningand managing escalations.
• Expertise innon-functional testingmethodologies and processes.
• Confident instakeholder and vendor management, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• A strong background inAgile and Waterfallmethodologies.
• A track record of leading UAT efforts and driving process improvements.
• Experience mentoring and guiding test teams to achieve high performance.
• Eligible forSC Clearance.

Desirable Skills

• Background in aconsultancyenvironment.
