Red Bull Student Marketeer - University of East London

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Representing the brand with professionalism and authenticity through everyday interactions.
• Growing the user base by inviting positive product trials and awareness through sampling at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions competently.
• Building and executing a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Working at RedBull and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
• Collaborating with local sales managers to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets.
• Opening new distribution points within your university and beyond.
• Leveraging RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales outlets.
• Ensuring the execution of store standards and delivering excellence in all tasks.
• Sharing ideas, collaborating with the team, and planning/reporting activities timely and accurately.
• Providing local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop RedBull's media business.

Qualifications include studying at a university within the specified city and being willing to travel 70-80% of the time.
