Red Bull Student Marketeer - Kingston University, London

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Represent the brand with professionalism and embody its personality traits and values in daily interactions.
• Grow the user base by promoting product sampling and awareness at the right locations and times, answering consumer questions competently.
• Develop and implement a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
• Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals and networks.
• Manage brand engagement on social media through authentic content creation.
• Participate in RedBull events and supported activities to deliver memorable brand experiences.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure RedBull's availability and visibility in outlets.
• Assist in opening new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Leverage RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness among sales outlets.
• Ensure the execution of store standards and brand standards with attention to detail.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team regularly, both online and offline.
• Plan and report activities via the designated online platform accurately and promptly.
• Provide local insights and trends to support RedBull's media and sales strategies.

Qualifications include studying at a university within the specified city and being willing to travel 70-80% of the time.
