SAP Cutover Lead - Europe

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Lead.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing global SAP implementations with hands-on cutover and hyper care leadership experience. This role is crucial in leading the transition process, managing the coordination of teams, overseeing system configurations, and ensuring a smooth cutover to SAP.

The consultant would be expected to join the project by mid of November 2025 for an initial 10-month contract, with high potential for extensions. The candidates must be based in Europe.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in leading the global cutover and hyper care program
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing cutover activities and hyper care within SAP projects
• Ability to manage virtual teams in a Matrix-based, global environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with JIRA is preferred
