Recycling Outreach Officers x 12 - Belfast

On behalf of our client Belfast City Council we are recruiting 12 Recycling Outreach Officers. These roles will start on the 20th of July for a minimum of 3 months working 06.30 - 14.30 Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £15.82 per hour.

The main base for this role will be Duncrue industrial estate, Belfast however the successful applicants will be required to drive to various locations across Belfast, therefore a full clean driving licence and access to transport is essential.

Duties will include;

• Deliver information about new recycling schemes.- to households and business
• Answer questions from residents about the council's waste and recycling strategy.
• Undertake recycling surveys from households
• Carrying out street observation surveys and recording data
• Data collection and recording of information on hand held devices
• Pass customer queries through the hub, complete feedback reports

What We Need From You

• Strong communication and Customer service skills
• UK Driving Licence and Access to Car
• Computer Literate
