Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a outsourcing warehouse and logistics company in their search for a Recycling Operativeto work from their site in Wrexham.

For the successful Recycling Operative our client is offering:

• £12.21 per hour
• Rota basis (8 to 12 hour shifts)
• Temp to perm opportunity

The role - Recycling Operative:

• Monitor site access and direct visitors to the appropriate areas
• Ensure proper sorting and disposal of waste materials in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site to comply with Health & Safety regulations
• Complete daily checklists and necessary paperwork accurately
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained
• Attend and participate in daily shift meetings

What our client is looking for in a Recycling Operative:

• Ability to reach all sites across Wrexham - ESSENTIAL
• Strong awareness of site Health & Safety standards
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record
• Strong communication skills for engaging with visitors and staff
• Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills
