Location: Bristol (BS31)
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

As a Recycling Loader, you will work as part of a collection crew, assisting with the safe and efficient collection of recycling and waste materials across the local area.

This is a physically active role suited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading recycling and waste materials onto collection vehicles.
• Assisting drivers and crew members on collection routes.
• Handling bins and containers safely and efficiently.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service when interacting with the public.
• Ensuring collection rounds are completed on schedule.

Requirements

• Good level of physical fitness.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in waste, recycling, labouring, or similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
