Recruitment Resourcer: Build Talent + Uncapped Bonus

Gap Personnel is seeking a driven Recruitment Resourcer in Crewe to join our busy branch. You'll build candidate pipelines, source and screen applicants, and support high volume industrial recruitment with a focus on quality and speed.

This full time, Mon-Fri role pays £27,000 DOE plus an uncapped bonus, with 33 days leave and ongoing training. You'll work closely with consultants, manage CRM records, and help deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.
