Super new role in established agency looking to grow the team. We are looking to attract someone who is highly proactive and able to bring energy and initiative every day.

This role plays a key part in supporting a busy team of consultants, helping them identify and co-ordinate skilled operators for projects across the UK.

• Sourcing and coordinating operators and contractors for temporary assignments
• Speaking with candidates, maintaining records, ensuring the business is ready to supply at all times
• Using job boards, referrals and databases and social media to attract candidates
• Assessing qualifications, experience, availability and rates
• Maintaining all relevant information on database
• Checking documents for compliance
• Managing availability and co-ordinating bookings
• Posting and managing job adverts

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• A confident phone manner, someone who can develop rapport with candidates
• An ability to pick up new CRMs quickly, good written word to prepare short candidate profiles
• Someone who is comfortable multi-tasking
• A positive mental attitude and a desire to add value to the day to day working of the team
