Overview

Nationally known branded T&L agency with offices across the UK are seeking experienced Blue-Collar Recruitment Resourcer to join their London team.

You will be joining an agency that has grown organically over 20 years, where everyone has the opportunity to be promoted based on personal efforts and achievements.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals and advertising.
• Checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site (PTS/CSCS/PPE).
• Receiving and reviewing applications and creating shortlists.
• First day check-ins and candidate care.

Salary and Benefits

£18,000 to £24,000 + Commission
