Recruitment Resourcer - Trades & Labour

Proven experience of working within a recruitment agency is essential to be considered.

Independent recruitment agency for temporary Construction personnel is seeking an experienced Resourcer to support a Trades & Labour team resourcing for staff nationwide.

• Resourcing of Plant and Trades & Labour temp personnel via database, job boards, referrals and advertising.
• Referencing and checking workers have the correct certificates to be on site (CSCS/CPCS) and appropriate PPE.
• Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates for client requests.
• First day check in and ongoing candidate care.
• Point of contact for client requests and queries.

£24,000 + Commission Structure + Private Medical Insurance.

We supply manpower at all levels within Plant and Construction markets.
