  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines across sales, research, technology and operations functions, ensuring MSCI has access to the right candidates ahead of business need.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand current and future talent requirements, translating local and regional market insight into targeted and effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage and develop productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as a credible and commercially minded talent advisor.
  • Drive thought leadership by bringing external market intelligence, benchmarking, and innovation into recruitment practices, continuously raising the bar for how MSCI identifies and attracts talent.
  • Champion MSCI's purpose, values, and inclusive performance and growth culture throughout every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience.
Qualifications

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
  • Proficiency with sourcing technology, job boards, and social media platforms, including the ability to engage and attract passive talent directly.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, using recruitment metrics and insights to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • A self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
