Job Type: Full time permanent position (37.5 hours)

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment (Health and social care experience would be beneficial!)
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance (right to work, references, employment law)
  • Right to work in the UK (Full time)
  • Confident with meeting new people, with the ability to quickly build positive relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Your Role as a Recruitment Officer

  • Contacting applicants in a friendly and prompt manor
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews for our domiciliary care positions
  • Guiding the candidates through our compliance processes
  • Conducting right to work checks
  • Working collaboratively with other departments in the branch
  • Representing Home Carers at recruitment events across the region
  • Maintaining our high standard of compliance for our new starters
