Recruitment Manager (Commercial, Industrial & Driving Sectors)
Be Personnel is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Food Processing, Commercial, Industrial, and Driving sectors. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead sales and business development activities, manage key client relationships, and drive growth across our CID recruitment markets.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
Driving sales growth and achieving annual and monthly KPIs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
Leading and coaching recruitment consultants to maximise performance.
Representing Be Personnel at client meetings, networking functions, and industry events.
Overseeing recruitment processes
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in commercial, industrial, or driving sectors.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Organised, results-driven, and commercially aware.
