Recruitment Hub Project Worker (23747)

Are you passionate about making a difference and keen to play a key role in recruiting foster carers and adopters?
We are looking for a Project Worker to join our Recruitment Hub, acting as the first point of contact for people considering fostering or adoption. You will respond to initial enquiries, carry out initial visits, and support applicants through early screening and Registration of Interest, ensuring they receive timely, accurate information and a positive, customer focused first experience.

This is a varied and rewarding frontline role where excellent customer service skills, alongside strong communication and engagement abilities, are essential. You'll build rapport with prospective foster carers and adopters, explore their motivation and suitability, and provide a responsive, supportive, and professional service at every stage. You will also work closely with social workers, managers, and partner teams to ensure a smooth, coordinated, and high quality recruitment journey.
