The RGS Worcester Family of Schools seeks an HR and Recruitment Advisor for maternity cover.
The successful candidate will work as part of the HR department under the direction of the Head of HR to provide professional advisory and recruitment support across the RGS Family of Schools.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide professional advisory and recruitment support across the RGS Family of Schools.
- Work under the direction of the Head of HR.
- Operate from RGS Worcester Senior School and travel to other RGSW sites as required.
- Collaborate closely with key staff across the RGS sites.
