About the roleWe are looking for individualswho are able to listen to the customer's needs and able to adapt your skillsand knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Sales Executive you willhave to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able to maximiseevery opportunity, converting enquiries into sales.
As a Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible forgenerating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise car salesin a challenging, target driven environment.
Full training will beprovided for those joining as a trainee, giving you opportunity to attend(Brand) Accreditation Training Courses and continuous internal Training andSupport.
What we offer- A basic salary of up to £27,000plus On Target Earnings of up to £60,000 once you are accredited!
- Working hours that are 5days per week on a rota basis that covers between 8.00am - 6.30pm with everyother weekend off.
- World class trainingprovided from our own trainer and our brand partners
- Uncapped commission withhigher bandings for high performance once accredited.
- Company vehicle availablewhen you first join
- 30 days annual leaveinclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annualleave.
- Preferential rates forservicing and repairs on your family and friend's cars
You will work 5 days perweek, an average of 41.5 hours per week. Every other weekend off.
Shifts will include:
8am - 5pm or 9am - 6.30pmMonday to Friday
