Location: Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + No Desk Charge + Monthly Bonus Schemes + Benefits
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you'll own the full recruitment cycle while building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships. This is a fast paced, target driven role where your success directly rewards you.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and win new client business
• Client Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media & networking to attract talent
• Screening & Interviews: Assess suitability and manage the interview process
• Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience (agency or in house), ideally in a 360 role
• Strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building ability
• A resilient, motivated individual with a results driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi tasking environment
