An established recruitment business is seeking talented Recruitment Consultants to join their Private Healthcare division in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for consultants with healthcare experience who want to work in a high-demand, fast-paced, and rewarding market.

• Manage a warm and growing Private Healthcare desk

• Build and maintain strong relationships with private hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers

• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across clinical and non-clinical roles

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts

• Ensure compliance standards are met across all placements

• Work alongside a supportive and ambitious team

• Experience within healthcare recruitment (private healthcare preferred)

• Strong business development and client management skills

• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability

• Ability to manage a busy desk and deliver consistent results

• Driven, ambitious, and motivated to grow within the business

• £40,000 salary DOE

• 1 day WFH (flexible DOE)
