Recruitment Consultant

Who will you be joining?

We're a small, friendly team of specialist recruiters with significant experience in our market. Collab is about to enter it's third year in business and we've enjoyed plenty of success and are proud to support a diverse range of clients across the South West.

What will you be doing?

You will be joining us as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on permanent appointments with clients across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, and Thames Valley. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and meeting decision makers in the local market.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and company culture.
• Utilising a range of sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Managing the entire recruitment process from client brief to candidate placement, including interviews and offer negotiation.
• Providing expert advice to clients and candidates by staying up-to-date with market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities and data are compliant and accurately recorded.

• Some experience in an agency recruitment role.

• Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £34,000 FTE depending on experience.
