We're supporting a fantastic business who don't just fill jobs - they're connecting passionate educators with schools that need them most. As a Recruitment Consultant in our client's Educator division, you'll join a team driven by one purpose: delivering better education experiences for pupils across the UK.

What you'll do

• Build strong relationships with schools and educators
• Recruit, place, and support quality teaching staff
• Grow your portfolio of clients and maximise opportunities
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and service

What we're looking for

• A natural people-person with strong communication skills
• Sales Driven, resilience, and ambition to succeed
• A passion for education (experience in education or sales is a bonus, not a must!)
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to learn

Location: Cardiff

Working pattern: 7AM - 4.30PM Mon - Fri

Contract: Permanent Full-time
