Responsibilities

Your promise to us:

• Develop new business and build on relationships with our existing clients
• Book and attend client visits with new and existing clients
• Meet sales and revenue targets as agreed with your line manager
• Negotiate terms and fees
• Service your candidates and clients with highest level of service, be their trusted adviser
• Qualifyroles and gain full understanding of clients needs and their business
• Develop a strong network of exclusive talent
• Pre-screen candidates and assist with interview preparation
• Manage every stage of the recruitment process including offer management and after care
• Assist with internal recruitment, training and mentoring of colleagues
