Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an energetic and hard-working junior consultant/project manager to join our team for a short-term contract to support on one of our large graduate hiring programmes.

The role requires you to be a part of the Freshminds team, working alongside another consultant, to help deliver on the hiring of our client's (a leading boutique investment bank) graduate programme.

What you'll be doing:

• Screening applications for suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Organising networking events
• Contributing to the shortlisting of candidates of the highest calibre

What you need:

• A university degree (undergraduate or higher)
• Personable, friendly phone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication

Start date: 25th August 2025

End date: 10th November

Day rate: £140-£200 PAYE (dependent on experience)
