What You'll Be Doing:

• Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering tailored recruitment strategies that actually work.
• Candidate Sourcing - Place top-tier talent across Software Engineering, ERP, and Cloud & DevOps.
• Business Development - Spot opportunities, win new business, and grow your own portfolio.
• Leadership & Mentorship - Share your experience and help guide junior consultants coming up behind you.
• Negotiation - Own conversations around fees, terms, and offers - you'll be trusted to lead.
• Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of the curve and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in recruitment - you know how to win business, fill roles, and build lasting relationships
• Confidence in communication, negotiation, and managing your own pipeline
• A driven, results-focused mindset (with a human touch)
• Leadership potential - whether you've mentored before or you're ready to start
• Familiarity with Software, ERP, or Cloud recruitment is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker
• Experience working in the UK, EU, or US markets is ideal

What You'll Get:

• Base Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
• Uncapped Commission: Earn up to 30% of your quarterly billings
