Do you have experience in Recruitment and/or an industrial/warehouse environment?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a passion for Recruitment to join our existing, successful and growing Industrial/logistics desk. The Adore Recruitment brand provides a well recognised quality service to both new and existing clients and you will be joining a highly successful team.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing of multiple client requirements
• Advertising
• Sourcing & Screening Candidates
• Compliance & Pre-employment checks
• Database management
• Scheduling of workers
• Writing/confirming job descriptions

Ideal candidate

• Fluent Romanian, and fluent in English
• Recruitment delivery experience highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication - in English and an Eastern European language
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Strong people skills
