Job Description

Recruitment and Benefits Operations Specialist (French Speaking)

  • Salary: £18.50 per hour
  • Location: Brighton - hybrid WFH
  • Duration: Temporary, 12 months maternity cover
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate, working with our client a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton. The RoleThe successful candidate will provide a broad range of administrative and operational support which is critical to the candidate and/or colleague experience & life cycle. The role is split into two parts, as follows:

Recruitment Operations:

  • Assist with ensuring a seamless post-offer & onboarding experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders & Recruiters
  • Background Verification review and adjudication
  • Offer & Contract Process for France and other EMEA markets as required
  • Pre-hire & onboarding activities (i.e initiating background verification, initiating onboarding process, Day 1 support) to both candidate & hiring leaders
  • Non-requisition related administrative tasks (i.e contract addendums and amendments)
  • Identify changes related to offer process and policy documentation as required, including standard forms and email templates
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in all activities

Benefits Operations:

  • Support the end-to-end process of medical checks, ensuring timely scheduling, vendor coordination and resolution of colleagues' queries or issues
  • Assist in identifying and solve issues related to service and process and follow up on solutions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate a seamless and positive colleague experience throughout the process by ensuring clear communication and responsive support
  • Support with tracking information in systems and monitoring data to make sure everything is accurate and up to date

In your role you must be:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal partners
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Good knowledge of excel and analytics tools
