Recruitment & Workforce Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Recruitment & Workforce Development Lead to join our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing workforce, ensuring we attract, develop and retain talented professionals who share our commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes.

As a Recruitment & Workforce Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and continuously improving our recruitment and workforce development strategies. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will ensure that workforce planning, talent attraction, learning and development, succession planning and employee engagement activities support both current and future organisational needs.

You will lead the development of innovative recruitment campaigns, strengthen our employer brand, identify workforce trends and deliver initiatives that support career progression and professional growth.
