The role
As a Recruitment and Resourcing Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality recruitment service that directly supports the operational needs of Natural Resources Wales (NRW). You will provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and colleagues across the organisation, ensuring the consistent and effective application of recruitment and resourcing policies.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will ensure effective delivery of NRW's recruitment process, from defining role requirements and advertising, to selection and onboarding, while promoting best practice, fairness and inclusivity at every step. You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and candidate experience.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider People and Organisational Development function, you will help ensure NRW recruits the right people, at the right time, with the right skills to support our long-term goals and the delivery of our 2030 vision: Nature and People Thriving Together.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday, 28th May 2025 on Microsoft Teams.
