We are looking for a highly organised and people focused Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant to play a key part in delivering a professional, efficient and welcoming experience for candidates and new starters.
You will provide reliable administrative support in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information with care, and ensuring recruitment and onboarding processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build a career in recruitment.
Responsibilities- Providing administrative support across recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinating interviews and supporting pre employment checks
- Managing diaries, inboxes and recruitment documentation accurately
- Maintaining records and handling confidential information appropriately
- Communicating professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems
- A positive, reliable and methodical approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous exposure to recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English at grades A to C or Level 4 to 9, or equivalent, are required.
