You'll be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing diaries, posting job ads, assisting with candidate pre-screening, and executing basic marketing tasks related to recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Post job adverts across various platforms and track performance
  • Assist with sourcing and shortlisting candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate pre-screening (CV review and basic interview scheduling)
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts including LinkedIn posts and content coordination
  • Manage inboxes and coordinate calendars/diaries for key team members
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate tracking
  • Provide general administrative support across recruitment operations
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or recruitment-related role
  • Familiarity with basic recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Reliable internet connection and personal laptop essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
