Recruiter with Dutch or German language in Lisbon or Porto

• Location: Lisbon or Porto
• Salary: €1450 gross/month + €7,63 meal allowance per working day

About your role:

This project focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment and talent acquisition services for international clients in the German- or Dutch-speaking markets. The main objective is to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various industries while ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, among others.
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information.
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company.
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter.
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.

Requirements:

• Have a high level of Dutch (C2) or German (C2)
• Very good level of English language (minimum B2)
• Have proven work experience in recruitment
• Strong organisation, communication, and presentation skills
• Be familiar with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up) and with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
