Our client, a renowned home care provider, is seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead Recruitment Initiatives: Spearhead recruitment activities across multiple locations to meet and exceed staffing and growth targets for the business.
  • Engage and Attract: Craft compelling job adverts that resonate with our brand ethos, attracting high-quality candidates for domiciliary care roles.
  • Innovate and Expand: Utilize creative recruitment channels such as fairs, community events, and digital platforms like Facebook and Indeed to broaden our reach.
  • Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with local job centres, educational institutions, and community organisations to enhance our recruitment network.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Manage all aspects of candidate communications with promptness and professionalism, from initial contact to hire, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Optimise Recruitment Processes: Conduct thorough screening calls, coordinate interviews with local management, and analyse recruitment metrics to streamline our processes and ensure efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the health or social care sector.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Organisational Prowess: Highly organised and target-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Innovative Approach: A creative thinker with a proven track record in leveraging community and social media for recruitment.
  • Interviewing Skills: Confidence in conducting both telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Mobility: Full UK driving licence with readiness to travel across the region as needed.
