You will be joining a UK-based accountancy firm, currently in a growth phase, recruiting across all business areas.

Your new role
You will be joining an HR team of 4, recruiting across all business areas.

You will be:

First point of contact for candidates, liaising with stakeholders on current and upcoming vacancies.

Overseeing end-to-end recruitment across the UK, predominantly London focused.

Managing the ATS, providing timely responses to candidates and coordinating interviews.

Utilising various sourcing methods to engage and connect with talent.

Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as time-to-hire and retention/quality of hire.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience recruiting within accountancy is essential.

Proven knowledge of ATS.

Proven experience delivering excellent candidate experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Proven strong time management skills.

What you'll get in return

A salary of between £35-40K DOE & Pack
