The bar is high and the roles are real; your job is to find the people who clear it.What we look for Qualifications. Have recruited for technical and non-technical roles, ideally in-house. Source candidates directly. Give candidates an honest, well-run process. Organised: pipelines tracked, feedback gathered, offers moved along.Bonus Nice to have. Hiring engineers and AI specialists. Building a hiring process at an early-stage company. Interview design and scorecards. Employer brand and outreach writing.Process How the process runs.Each application is reviewed directly. Expect one or more conversations covering judgement, technical or craft depth, and the responsibility the role carries.
