Recruiter - Perm - Dublin West

Cpl HR Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist on behalf of a large healthcare organisation. This is a fully onsite role in West Dublin within a busy in house recruitment team supporting multiple sites across the business.

The position will focus on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing healthcare professionals across both the Irish and international markets, and building ongoing talent pipelines.

• Work closely with site managers and leadership teams on hiring needs and workforce planning
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage
• Support and roll out recruitment strategies across the organisation
• Run recruitment campaigns locally and nationally
• Source candidates through job boards, direct search and international channels
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Liaise with colleges and training providers regarding placements and graduate opportunities
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Follow and improve recruitment processes and systems
• Produce recruitment reports and hiring metrics when required
• Support the Head of Recruitment and wider HR team on projects

• 1+ years recruitment experience in an in-house or internal recruitment environment
• Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage (not essential)
• Experience managing multiple vacancies at the same time
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good sourcing ability and comfortable using different recruitment channels
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment
