We are ramping up at Gelato and are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyzing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
• Reviewing and filtering applications
• Sourcing high-quality candidates
• Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
• Organizing interviews and processes
• All the above with a sprinkle of HR

Requirements:

• Experience recruiting within Web3
• 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Experience filling technical roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Solid work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Low ego, love to collaborate, open-minded, and great vibes
• Passionate about the space
