Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard)

Everyone Active is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support health and safety operations and drive customer service excellence. As a Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard), you will be part of a diverse team dedicated to promoting our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre.
• Support a varied programme of activities and sessions.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.
• Ensure safety operations and uphold company values.

Requirements

• Must be able to swim very well.
• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (training available if needed).
• First Aid at Work & coaching qualifications (desirable).
• Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
• DBS check will be completed prior to starting.
