Recovery Worker: Caseload Support and Recovery Planning

Turning Point UK is recruiting a Recovery Worker for our Yeovil hub. You'll be a key worker supporting service users to set goals around treatment and develop plans, with regular contact and psycho-social support. You'll work closely with clinical staff and partner agencies to address prescribing needs and safety planning.
