Job Description

Are you someone with proven experience in recovery programme management who is looking for a new challenge which will make a real difference to people's lives?

We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced RSP Manager to lead the delivery and development of the structured recovery support services at our recovery centre in Norwich, which operates seven days a week. You will be expected to work one Saturday and Sunday per month by arrangement.

As RSP Manager, you will manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, coordinating a programme of structured support, activities, and community-building initiatives. You will play a key role in developing a thriving recovery community and ensuring high-quality service delivery for people with complex support needs.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the RSP, including planning, timetabling, and coaching tutors and facilitators.
  • Collaborating with lead workers to ensure positive outcomes for service users.
  • Building relationships with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Managing referrals and assessments for programme cohorts.
  • Deputising for the Recovery Service Manager when required.
  • Promoting service user involvement and co-production within the Recovery Centre.
  • Contributing to service sustainability through funding applications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fostering an ongoing recovery community to support mutual recovery.
