Recovery Practitioner: Substance Misuse & Recovery Support

A leading healthcare organization in Harrow is seeking a compassionate Recovery Practitioner to support individuals with substance misuse. In this role, you will manage a caseload, deliver assessments, and facilitate psychosocial sessions, while ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, experience in supporting vulnerable groups, and an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. This position offers a salary range of £29,124 - £32,946 per annum and a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
