Recovery Motivator: Outreach & Transport Support

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Motivator in Nottinghamshire to support individuals with lived experience and help them take first steps into employment. The role involves outreach, driving a health bus, and coordinating with partner services to improve outcomes.

You will work a 37.5-hour week, with flexibility for early mornings and evenings, and you'll document activities and progress while building trusting relationships.
