Recovery Coach: Community-Based Recovery & Support

Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Coach for the Northumberland Recovery Partnership, based in Blyth with travel to Ashington and other sites. You'll manage caseloads, deliver recovery planning, and provide one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions to support sustained recovery.

The role requires a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it) and experience in recovery planning, risk management, and motivational interviewing.
