Recovery & Outreach Coordinator

Change Grow Live in Leamington Spa and surrounding areas is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support people affected by drug or alcohol use. You'll conduct assessments, develop recovery plans and coordinate clinical, psychosocial and community supports.

You'll build trusted relationships, work with health services and partners, maintain confidential records, and help people access peer support and wider recovery opportunities.
