Company Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Recovery Administrator/Data Analyst to join their team and support a series of internal operational efficiency initiatives.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• You will be responsible for delivering critical pieces of work across debt recovery administration, process optimisation, and data analysis. This is a multi-disciplinary role suited to someone with excellent coordination, analytical, and process improvement skills.
• Manage and deliver key tasks outlined in the debt sale plan within required timeframes, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and facilitate due diligence activities with third parties, both before and after sales.
• Optimise and align internal processes with the terms of the debt sale agreements, identifying simplification opportunities and reducing complexity.
• Analyse existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, duplication, and bottlenecks, while supporting documentation and insight streamlining.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in recovery administration or debt management, particularly relating to debt sales and due diligence.
• Strong background in process improvement or operational optimisation, with the ability to reduce inefficiencies and enhance clarity.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, with a track record of interrogating systems and drawing insights to inform strategic changes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working independently with minimal oversight.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Familiarity with data analysis tools or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience working in cross-functional working groups or change management initiatives.
• Confident in stakeholder engagement and communicating process improvements and their impact.
• Prior exposure to regulatory environments or compliance-related project work.
