Reconnections Outreach Worker - Reunite People with Home

Change Grow Live in Brighton is recruiting a full time Reconnections Outreach Worker to join the Reconnections Team. The role involves engaging with rough sleepers, coordinating resettlement plans, and developing links with services across the UK to support reconnection, including for foreign nationals and NRPF cases.

Applicants should understand the needs of the homeless or insecurely housed, with knowledge in safeguarding, immigration law, and NRPF pathways.
