Receptionist / Office Manager

Your new company
We're looking for a confident and organised Receptionist/Office Manager to join a busy office and provide essential support to the wider organisation.
Work pattern
8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday

Your new role

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
  • Manage day-to-day office correspondence and keep the front of house looking presentable.
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal teams with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, diaries, and office logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards.


  • What you'll need to succeed
    • Previous experience in reception, office management, or administrative support.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
