Job Description
About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organised, and welcoming Reception & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for our school. This pivotal role combines front of house reception duties with high quality administrative support, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and controlling access to the school.
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and support school communications.
  • Coordinate bookings and assist with day to day operations.
  • Play a key role in safeguarding by monitoring who enters and leaves the school.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast paced environment.
  • A proactive, detail oriented approach.
  • Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
