Key Details

• Assignments range from long to short term cover (days, weeks, months)
• Prior reception or customer service experience desirable not essential

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Checking guests in via the company app and Outlook
• Diary room management via Outlook
• Getting involved in company wide events
• Managing meeting rooms
• Arranging catering for meetings and events
• Assisting with meeting rooms
