Introduction

• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our clients
• Organize appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, personal training sessions, etc., to optimize therapists' working time and promote the variety of services offered
• Manage the billing of spa services
• Promote spa treatments and products while providing clients with professional advice
• Systematically optimize client satisfaction
• Promote the various services of the hotel and the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
• Apply the hotel's and Leading Hotels of the World quality standards

Your main tasks

• Central staff accommodations in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch
• Employee, family & friends room rates and other discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)
• A fitness room is available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
• Access to our pool area during dedicated employee swimming hours
• Through our development program, you have access to various courses, for example with the company Ritzy
• Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card
• Employees who are unable or do not wish to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt are supported-together with our partner hotels-in finding a complementary position

Benefits

• You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, which must have been gained in a spa within a luxury hotel.
• Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Knowledge of SpaBooker is an advantage.
