The Job

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring all clients and visitors receive a friendly and professional welcome while helping to maintain the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. While previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, candidates who are confident, well organised, and possess strong administrative capabilities with a personable manner will excel. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided.

The Role
  • Welcome clients and visitors as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and approachable experience
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, taking clear messages and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organise meeting rooms, schedules, and diaries when required
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing post, alongside general administrative tasks
  • Support with basic document preparation and file organisation
  • Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
The Person
  • Proven administrative experience is essential
  • Previous receptionist or front of house experience is beneficial
  • Experience within a legal or professional services setting is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced front of house setting
  • Dependable, flexible, and proactive, with a team oriented approach
